Welcome to Wordship, an AI-powered language learning application developed and provided by CodeSwitch, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This User Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the Wordship application (“App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Services

Wordship is an AI-powered language learning application designed to help users master new languages efficiently. The Services include, but are not limited to:

3. User Accounts

Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us, if any, in the past six months.
